Serhii leads the firm's investment strategy, capital relationships, and the discipline of intellectual property that defines its operating posture. He chairs the partnership and represents the firm in all matters of capital, counsel, and correspondence.
Rodion leads the firm's engineering organisation and is principal architect across the operating portfolio. The technical voice of the partnership, he is steward of the operating standards by which every company in the studio is built.
